Founded Margarita Margarita in 2020, initially launching as an event and wedding service with a mobile Margarita bar — ‘Stanley’. Developed a nationally stocked product and brand, establishing it as a leading cocktail mixer brand with a thriving events arm. Successfully exited in March 2025.

Passionate about Margaritas and creating unforgettable experiences, I founded Margarita Margarita to bring premium, flawless Margs to every celebration, ensuring no one ever has to settle for an average Margarita.

What started as a tequila-fueled brainstorm in my Brisbane kitchen after yet another batch of the best* Margs ever, Margarita Margarita flourished into:

🍋 A regular presence at major stadium events, concerts, and games at Suncorp Stadium, The Gabba, and Metricon Stadium
🍋 Serving up Margs at some of the biggest festivals, including the Moreton Bay Food & Wine Festival, The Hills Food & Wine Festival, Teneriffe Festival, and the Australian Open Polo Finals
🍋 Providing Margarita Mixes to music festivals nationwide, from BluesFest (in partnership with Diageo for Casamigos Tequila) to Spilt Milk Festival, Beyond the Valley Festival, Souled Out Festival, and many more
🍋 Hosting a pop-up stall at Westfield Carindale for Mother’s Day 2024, and events at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre
🍋 Formulated a range of premium Margarita Mixes (and launched 8 products in the range — including cult favourite: The Classic Margarita Mix) and grew the stockists list to over 80 retailers across Australia, including Dan Murphy’s
